Why FIT?
My father is an international artist. I spent my summers as a child in NYC attending his shows. My grandfather attended NYU so NYC was always a major part of my life. By the age of 12, I knew I wanted to attend FIT for Display and Exhibit Design.
Major?
Display and Exhibit Design, Restoration Museum Studies and completed Grad for Museum Studies: Decorative Arts
What experiences led you to what you do today?
I became ill and was bedridden for a year. That experience was the impetus for becoming a certified personal trainer. I merged training with body Image and goddess philosophies to create FIT YOUR STYLE and in 2012 wrote the #1 Amazon bestseller “ Find Your Inner Goddess”. The title was inspired by my love and appreciation of my alma mater FIT and for the word Fitness. This accolade and the love for social media allowed me to be in the INSDER TV show as an expert that led to becoming a social TV correspondent. I now cover red carpet events though my world, my lens of: body confidence, wellness, inner beauty and entrepreneurship.
Daily routine?
I love being an entrepreneur! My routine varies! From training clients to covering red carpet events. I love the freedom!

Where are you from? And how did this shape the person you are today?
I am proudly from Cleveland Ohio. I believe the upbringing of the Midwest gifted me with a “knack” of being able to become fast friends with someone and have them “open up” to share their story.
If you could translate your style into a person, place, or thing what would it be?
My style translation would be a place - Central Park – a beauty that is free flowing and ever changing.
What are three things you can't live without?
I can’t live without my family, friends and my phone!
Future projects you are working on?
I am proud to have partnered with ICFF Italian Contemporary Film Festival and put together an event with the film’s write/director and Faimont Hotels – bringing my love of entertainment luxury and social media together!
